Assessment Conversation
We establish whether the problem and data are sufficient to produce something useful. If they are not, we say so here.
Scope Agreement
Deliverables, success criteria, data handling terms, and timeline are agreed in writing before any build work begins.
Build & Validate
The tool is built and tested against held-out data. Performance is measured against the agreed success criteria, not softer proxies.
Delivery & Documentation
You receive the tool, validation results, and a written limitations guide. All data provided is returned or deleted per the agreed terms.
Predictive Maintenance Pilot
A scoped pilot for a single piece of equipment or one production line. We collect three to six months of sensor and maintenance log data, build a model that watches for patterns that have historically preceded failures, and validate it against held-out historical periods. The pilot runs ten to twelve weeks. We communicate the model's actual track record on your equipment.

How the pilot runs
Data Review (Weeks 1–2)
We examine the sensor logs and maintenance records together to confirm the data is adequate for the pilot scope and to identify the failure types the model will target.
Model Build (Weeks 3–9)
Feature engineering from the sensor data, model training, and iterative refinement. We share progress reports on model behaviour during this phase.
Validation & Report (Weeks 10–12)
Model is tested against held-out data. Results — including failures to detect and false positives — are compiled into a written report you retain.
Document Generation Helper
A small tool that drafts the routine documents your team produces — meeting notes, internal memos, summary reports — based on inputs the user provides through a simple form. Drafts are clearly marked as drafts. Your team retains full editorial responsibility. We work with you to understand your document voice, train the system on a sample of past documents, and deliver it with documentation of where it works well and where it tends to need editing.

How the helper is built
Document Inventory
We identify the recurring document types your team produces and the inputs that vary between instances. You provide a sample of past documents for training.
Training & Interface Build
We train the model on your document sample and build the input form your team will use to generate drafts. Iterations are reviewed with you.
Delivery & Limitations Guide
The tool is handed over with a written guide identifying document types where the drafts typically need minimal editing versus types that need more review.
Initial Conversation
A 45-minute conversation, in person or by video, for those who are not yet sure whether AI tools fit their situation. We listen, ask questions about the problem, the data available, and the expected outcome — and then offer candid thoughts. If we believe a project is unlikely to be useful for you, we will say so. There is no expectation that further work follows.

Data Confidentiality
Client data is used only for the stated project. Retained only for the project duration, with deletion confirmation on request.
Held-Out Validation
Every model tested on data not used in training. Results reported as they are, not as we would prefer them to be.

Human Review by Design
All outputs — alerts or drafts — are designed for human review before action. No tool bypasses a responsible person.
Limitations Documentation
Every deliverable includes written documentation of known constraints, edge cases, and conditions requiring human judgment.
