Document Generation Helper

A 45-minute conversation, in person or by video, for those who are not yet sure whether AI tools fit their situation. We listen, ask questions, and offer candid thoughts. If we believe a project is unlikely to be useful for you, we will say so. There is no expectation that further work follows.

Common questions
How do I know if my company has enough data for a predictive model?
Generally, three to six months of sensor readings plus a log of past failures is a reasonable starting point for a pilot. During the initial conversation, we will look at what you have and give you an honest answer — it is one of the first things we assess before agreeing to start a build.
What does the Document Generation Helper actually produce?
It produces draft documents based on inputs your team enters through a form — meeting notes, memos, summaries. The drafts are clearly labeled and require a person to review and edit before use. The tool reflects the patterns in your past documents, which we train it on with your approval.
What happens if the pilot model does not work well?
You receive a full report of what the model achieved on the validation data. If the results are not strong enough to justify deployment, we say so in writing. The fee covers the pilot work, not a guarantee of a deployable outcome — and we set that expectation at the start.
Is the AED 380 initial conversation fee refundable if we proceed to a project?
The conversation fee is separate from project pricing. If we proceed to a pilot or helper project, it is not deducted — but the conversation itself has value regardless of what follows. You leave with a clearer picture of whether a project makes sense.
How is my company's data handled during a project?
Data provided for a project is used only for that project. We do not share it with third parties and do not retain it after project completion without your written agreement. We are happy to sign a data processing agreement before work begins.
Do you work only with large enterprises?
No. The pilots are designed to be small enough to be useful to medium-sized operations as well. What matters is whether the problem is well-defined and the data is present — not the size of the organization.
